All orders are processed and packaged within 24hours of the business day received. All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging, either in a plain box, Fed Ex or Canada Post Priority box. Your package will not bear any markings that will give away the nature of your order.

Items not in stock or back ordered items

Heavenly Pleasures does not accept orders for items not currently in stock. In the event an item is backordered we will ship the stocked items. Once the back ordered item is available you will be notified via email. If you wish to receive the order at that time respond to the email accordingly, your credit card will be billed and the order will be shipped immediately.

We guarantee that all products are of highest quality and ensure that every customer will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. Due to the nature of intimate apparel lingerie will not be accepted as a return (unless it a manufactures' defect) Returns can be unavoidable sometimes. If you have to return your purchase for any reason please make reference to the following information:

Returns within 30 days

If you are not completely satisfied with your product within the first 30 days you must contact the company immediately by emailing us at service@yourheavenlypleasures.com with a brief description of the problem along with your invoice number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid invoice number. We will email you back instructions on how to return your purchase. Please note shipping costs for any returns are the customers responsibility.

Manufacturer's Defect

If your product appears to be a company defect fill out the card and mail it directly to the manufacturer immediately. (Not all adult novelty toys are sold with a Manufacturer's Card)
